What this site is
Moeez Studio is a small personal site that lists free Windows apps and website code. Each product page explains what you get and how to download it (for example a ZIP file or a Microsoft Store link). There is no online checkout on this site for paid purchases at this time.
License
When you download a free product, you get permission to use it as described on the product page and in any license or readme that comes with the download. You do not get ownership of the copyright. Please do not resell or redistribute the files unless the product page clearly allows it.
Downloads
Delivery is digital. Depending on the listing, you may get a file download or a link to an app store. You are responsible for using a compatible device and a safe network. If a download fails, contact us and we will try to help.
Custom work
Messages sent through the Contact form about custom apps or websites are requests only. Nothing is a binding job until we confirm details by email.
Feedback
The Feedback page is for private messages to us. We may use them to improve products. We do not promise to publish your feedback on the site.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site to break the law, attack or overload our systems, spam forms, try to access the admin area without permission, or share malware. We may block access if someone abuses the site.
Ads and other services
The site may show ads from Google AdSense and use Vercel Analytics. Those services have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on our side.
Disclaimer
The site and free products are provided “as is”. We try to keep listings clear and downloads working, but we do not promise that everything will always be perfect or fit every need. Use software at your own risk, and keep backups of important files.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Moeez Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or free downloads (for example lost data or lost time). If the law requires a minimum level of responsibility, that still applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new Terms where the law allows.
