Notification Desk Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Windows desktop application Notification Desk (“the App”), published by Moeez Tech / Moeez Studio (“we”, “us”). It explains how the App handles information when you use it on your PC.

Notification Desk helps you capture, search, pin, and review Windows notifications, set keyword or schedule alerts, and manage local history. Work stays on your computer.

Information we do not collect through the App

• We do not upload your notification history, alert rules, or settings to our servers.
• We do not require an account to use the App.
• We do not include analytics or advertising in the App.
• We do not sell your personal information.

What happens on your device

• Notification capture: When capture is on, the App may store notification titles, messages, app names, timestamps, and related metadata you receive on this PC. That data stays in a local folder on your device. You can turn capture off in Settings.
• Local settings and history: Preferences, retention limits, pinned items, and alerts may be stored under your Windows user profile (for example AppData). Clearing or deleting history in the App removes local records; it does not affect other apps’ own data.
• Export: If you export notifications, the App writes a file where you choose. We do not receive that file unless you share it yourself outside the App.
• Clipboard: Copying notification text places it on your Windows clipboard. That stays on your device.

Microsoft Store and Windows

If you install Notification Desk from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process installation, update, and Store account data under Microsoft’s own policies. Windows may also keep normal system and notification logs. That processing is controlled by Microsoft, not by us.

Children

Notification Desk is a general productivity utility. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App to process data in ways that violate local child-privacy laws.
