Orderly Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Windows desktop application Orderly (“the App”), published by Moeez Tech / Moeez Studio (“we”, “us”). It explains how the App handles information when you use it on your PC.

Orderly helps you find duplicate files, rename files in bulk, search folders, and generate passwords. It is a local toolkit: file work is done on your computer.

Information we do not collect through the App

• We do not upload your documents, photos, or other scanned files to our servers.
• We do not require an account to use the core file tools in the App.
• We do not sell your personal information.

What happens on your device

• File access: When you choose a folder, the App may read file names, sizes, dates, and file contents as needed to scan for duplicates, search, or rename. That work stays on your PC.
• Deletes and renames: The App can move files to the Windows Recycle Bin, permanently delete files when you confirm, or rename files. Prefer Recycle Bin over permanent delete. The App does not keep a full backup of every file.
• Local settings and history: Preferences, simple usage counts, and Activity history may be stored in your user profile on this PC (for example under AppData). Clearing counts or Activity in the App does not restore deleted files.
• Passwords: Generated passwords and PINs are created on your device. We do not receive them unless you choose to share them yourself outside the App.

Microsoft Store and Windows

If you install Orderly from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process installation, update, and Store account data under Microsoft’s own policies. Windows may also keep normal system logs. That processing is controlled by Microsoft, not by us.

If you visit moeeztech.shop, the site’s general Privacy Policy applies to contact forms, downloads, analytics, and ads on that site. This page is specifically about the Orderly desktop App.

Children

Orderly is a general productivity utility. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App to process data in ways that violate local child-privacy laws.

Changes

We may update this page when the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
